You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my gratitude for the arrangements made for the recent business meeting at your hotel.

This event was company's business meeting about a newly launched product in the market, to get feedback from suppliers and customers. It was held on 23rd July at Roger Centre, Toronto, approximately 50-60 attendees attended this event.

Overall, my company was satisfied with all arrangements, such as the conference room was well equipped with microphones, laptops, and projectors, making event more special and successful.

However, we ordered lunch at 12 pm for everyone but that was not fresh making people more uncomfortable. It was served around 3 pm which made more delays. I would request to solve this issue at your first priority
