You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing a feedback on the recent event conducted by AR Group at your hotel. My name is Mansi, and I am the manager of the company who planned this program; on the behalf of the organisation I would like to thank you for providing a place on a short notice.

This event took place yesterday in the big hall situated on the 15th floor of your hotel. It was a welcome party for our freshers joining our company next month. All the attendees were impressed by the decoration and arrangements provided by your hotel. Moreover, the service was top class as each stall was equipped with a server which everyone felt extremely helpful.

However, the only thing that disturbed us all was the noise coming from the another party happening in the next hall because their music was so loud that we were unable to even chit chat with each other.

I would like to suggest you if you can upgrade your walls to noise cancelling wall so that noises do not transfer to other rooms.
