You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir,

The reason for writing this letter is to provide feedback to your hotel regarding my company's event that was organised at your hotel. It was an annual event of our company and the guest list was about 70-80 people. For this reason, we booked your large party hall.

The most liked part of the event was the theme of the decorations and the way each table and chair was decorated. Moreover, the stage was designed beautifully with ample amount of space, so that the fun activities could take place efficiently. Most importantly, the catering and hospitality was really impressive. The amount and variety of food was just unbelievable. It was way more than what we expected.

However, I might suggest some areas for improvement including more parking options as many people struggled finding parking spots. Also, the lighting of the hall was a bit low and some of the lights were not even working.
