You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service provided by your hotel when we organised a company event there last week.

The event was a corporate dinner and team-building evening for approximately 80 employees. It was held in the hotel’s main conference hall from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. We arranged a buffet dinner, a short presentation and several team activities.

I was particularly impressed by the professionalism of your staff. The conference room was spacious, clean and well decorated, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated how quickly the staff responded to our requests throughout the evening. The hotel’s location and parking facilities were also very convenient for our employees.

However, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection in the conference room was quite slow, which caused some difficulties during our presentation. In addition, there were not enough signs directing guests to the event hall, so several employees had trouble finding it.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would be happy to consider your hotel for future company events. I hope you will take these suggestions into consideration.
