You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear, Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by your hotel during the company event we recently organized.

The event was a company annual meeting held last Saturday, which was attended by approximately 45 members. We used the conference hall for presentations and later had dinner in the hotel restaurant.

I was particularly impressed by the spacious conference hall and helpfulness of you staff. The room was well-equipped with modern audiovisual facilities, while staff were quickly response to all our guests. The food was also fresh and served on time.

However, I believe there are a few area that could be improved. The wi-fi connection was occasionally unstable during presentations. In addition , some gusts found to difficult to locate conference room because the signs were not clear. Moreover, the parking space is not enough to park guest's car as they parked outside the hotel.

I hope you will consider these suggestions for future events. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would be happy to see you again.
