Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to express my feedback regarding an event that recently organized at your hotel. The event was about the promotion of our staff members.

During the event, there are too many things I liked. But the most vital things that I liked the most was the test of food. It was really delicious and speechless. Not only did we like the test of food but also the service was best rather than different places.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide further information regarding which food is vegetarian and which one is non-vegetarian. Because in our staff there are too many employee who are only eat vegetarian food. As a result, everyone can enjoy a meal with freely mind and not create any doubt regarding veg and non-veg dishes.

I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
