You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to thank you for helping us with the event that my company organised at your hotel last Saturday. It was a corporate team-building event for approximately 80 employees, and it included a short presentation, several group activities, and a formal dinner.

I was particularly impressed by the quality of your facilities and the helpfulness of your staff. The function room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, while the food served during dinner was fresh and delicious. In addition, your staff responded quickly whenever we needed assistance, which helped the event run smoothly.

However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement. Some of our guests found it difficult to locate the function room because there were not enough signs inside the hotel. It would also be helpful to have more parking spaces available for large events.
