Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform that company organised an event at a hotel.

The event took place in Novotel located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is beside Telangana assembly hall. The entire Novotel is booked on for one day i.e 29/8/26.

The most significant thing that I like about hotel is catering service is commendable, apart from this hotel is easy for access via road and buses, the transport facility is good for hotel. The food that served has both Indian, Chinese, and Italian varieties. Moreover, it is good place for public gatherings, professional meetings etc.

Also, there are few areas to improve such as bathroom are not hygienic. There is no regular cleaning of washrooms. In addition to this, the behaviour of catering team is no proper. Otherwise, there are no other issues.

so please consider these necessary changes in this particular aspects and improve as soon as possible.
