You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

dear sir/madam,

i am writing this letter to inform about the event that our company organised at your hotel.

we organised an event about our company opening another location at your hotel. we organised this event on last sunday at nearby 10 am to 5 pm. our company was so worried about place while your hotel was quite spacious which was worth it for 1000 people .

we liked the lightings and arrangement of catering, sitting, and stage setup. as due to awesome lightings it looked so good and people were so happy to see their seating with tehir own names tag on it and liked the food variety, they were curious to try differnt variety and decoration of stage which include beautiful colour combination

hower evrythung was too good but there are some areas that did not well great so for that you have to do improvemnt the area are regarding
