You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Mam

I am writing regarding your hotel services. Last month, on 25 July, i celebrate cristmas party on your hall. It was about 50 people gathering including my family and my friends. My father not only played a Santa role but also we were chritsmas suit. This is a big festival of the year, so we celebrate and sharing gift, which is quite memorable.

Furthermore, i would happy to share about your hotel especailly, staff services were remarkable. i did not pay for catering , however the staff serve as lunch for all guest. Moreover, the decoration was wonderful, my guest as amazed to say the arrangement, we liked the stage, where all came and sing for each other.

Move towards, there is no doubt the hotel rating is high while, i think there are some areas you need to improve , there was no chairs in the hall, only for lunch side, for elders it is hard to stay.
