You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to let you know about my findings about your hotel. I recently helped my company organize an event at the hotel.

My company hosted it's annual award winning night last Friday. It is an event for every members of the firm, where some people are being appreciated for the work done for the organization. It is usually have most famous investors in attendance. It is serve as an encouragement to other staff of the company.

The hotel has a very neat and quite environment. Most of your staff are well trained for the work and the services we got from your workers are recommendable.

I suggest the you looking in improving the lightening of your halls. The lightening are so poor, also could you try maintaining the air condition, everywhere was so heated up during our event.
