You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my gratitude to your staff hotel and the managment team for making our company event outstanding.

The event was held at your hotel's open roof top where we launched our company's new perfume called The Miracle. The event hosted big enterpreneurs from around the globe in similar job titles. They were particularly impressed by your welcome team who greeted them with some fresh refreshments and delicacy. Later each guest was also taken care with their stay and accompanied to their room.

Although, everything was great, I would suggest that the area in the roof top is made bigger and also some extra indoor tables are provided as it was chilly day some guest were wanting some shed to stay in.

I hope you would find my input positive and would plan more future events at your hotel.
