IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear manager,

I am writing this letter to personally appreciate you and your team for the great work. Everything was well organised, as promised by your team. I really like the idea of how you manage our foreign clients. The decoration was related to the theme of the event. Even the washrooms are quite spacious and tidy. In Addition, the sound system and the pool area were designed in so appropriate way.

Moreover, the staff was well dressed and looking professinal in the way they dealt with our guests. The main thing which I like is that there is a private area for the individuals who want to discuss crucial and confidential things.

Everything was good, but I personally think that you have to make the two exit doors instead of one because I fealt the the guests were coming forth and back by using the same door. Which create the rush near by the door. I personally recommend you to do work in that area. Otherwise everything seems great.
