You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Megha Panchal from Raven Technolabs and I am writing to discuss about the event that was organized at your hotel last week.

This party was held on 25th August at the banquet hall of your hotel which was basically a celebration of our company's 25th anniversary.

To start with, as this was a celebration party, decoration was a cherry on the cake. Additionally, I really liked the dinner because it was not only delicious but also more in variety. Overall, we had a really great experience and I must say, it was totally worth hosting an event at your hotel.

However, I would like to give a review about the space that was provided. In my opinion, your banquet area was not quite sufficient to accommodate 50 individuals. Therefore, I would really appreciate if you could improve this area by expanding for future event.
