You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Manager,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email regarding booking event at a your hotel for many company that we enjoyed.

Firstly, I would like to explain the full details of that event. My company organize that event on Thursday, 20th at evening time. We were total twenty people in this event.

Secondly, I want to express my gratitude about your hotels services such as ambience environment, food quality and clean and neat restrooms, which provide satisfaction to us that we booked the right place for our special event.

Lastly, I would like share my thoughts for a minor alternations for improvements, which can make hotel more attractive and well designed. You should increase the space for parking as this one is very small to park cars. Moreover, you can add some tradational pictures on the walls in reception area which looks more attractive.

Thank you for your time and understanding. If I were in your position, I highly consider this.
