You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear sir,

Hope you are fine. I am reaching you to pay my gratitude regarding the event in your hotel.

The event took place last week. It was a conference among the software infrastructure corporations. I really appreciate your superb services and fantastic arrangements which paved the way to make the event successful. The variety of cuisines was not only surprisingly good but also mouth watering. The recommendations of employees were spot-on.

In addition, the ambience depicted a relaxing and inviting atmosphere with a unique blend of contemporary and traditional elements.

Although, your hotel excels in every field, but I would like to suggest some improvements. The internet connection was not appropriate in the Ball Room. Besides, some services were not appropriate regarding the reception information. Some guests find it difficult to locate the conference room. Therefore, I would recommend you to improve your services in these areas, so that we may select your hotel for business events in future.
