You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about an event my company held at your hotel on the 24th of August 2026. The event held was to help other small enterprises by raising funds to support their business. My company deals with various sorts of trade both locally and internationally. We deal with textiles as well as steels used for the automobile industry. The time of the event started by 3pm. We organized a seminar for these enterprises. They were given a lecture on the step by step process of steel making as well as learning types of fabrics.

What I loved about your hotel was that it was very spacious and staff were very friendly and hospitable. In addition, the food was tasty and relishing and we were served to our fullest.

One area that needs adjustment would be the bathroom and restroom. There was no toilet paper as well as soap in the bathroom to wash hands after use. Also, the floor tiles were looking dirty. My bathroom experience was not the best when it came to the entire occasion. I would like to suggest that the hotel provides toilet papers and soaps as well as close monitoring of the cleaners to ensure that the sanitation of the restroom is kept pristine and in good condition.
