You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir,

This letter is related to recent event organized at your hotel by my company. As it was a celebration party everyone from company and their families were invited to attend the night party. Overall, the event was really good. Everything was nearly perfect.

The hotels structure and unique food was really nice and everyone enjoyed the food. Moreover, the dancers and singing team really entertained the whole audience very well. Apart from this, the parking lot was really big everyone managed to park their vehicles with ease. As compared to all nearby hotels, your hotel is the best.

However, there were some minor things you should keep in mind next time. For instance, the ventilation system inside the hotel was not really good at all, the warmness inside made everyone uncomfortable at the end of the party. Following this the washrooms was little bit smelly, these things should be improved next time.
