You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent services which we received for the annual day party conducted at your hotel last month.

A year ago, I organized my son's first birthday party at your venue, I really liked the ambience, so I recommended the place to conduct our office annual day party. We conducted a survey among the staff to share their experience about the party and the venue. The majority of the people liked the dance floor especially the disco lights on the floor; it actually increased the energy in the dancers to dance continuously. The food is really good when coming to its quality, quantity and the way you served to everyone.

However, there are few issues everyone faced during the event, the chairs were not sufficient for everyone to sit, in addition to that cleanliness of the washrooms are not maintained till the end of the party. If you are able to fix these issues, it will be a most affordable and comfortable place to anyone to plan their special day.
