You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding the upcoming event booked at your esteemed hotel on 25th September, 2026 under the name of "Das Brothers".

I am delighted to share this good news with you that our company has been completed his 10 years. Therefore, all team members and management has decided to celebrate this milestone in a luxury way. Expected number of guests on this event would be around 50, so please do the required arrangements accordingly.

I am extremely impressed with the interior and cozy environment of the hotel. The choice of Furniture and wall hanging is very esthetic. In addition ,the staff is really polite and helpful, and I hope they will provide the best service to all guests expecting to arrive on this event.

I would like to bring to your notice that the air conditioning in the main hall is not working properly. Due to summer, the weather is extreme hot and high number of guest can feel the suffocation in hall. Please have a look into it and try to fix this issue at your earliest convenience.
