You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to show my satisfaction with your staff and you for hosting our annual company confrence at your place.

Firstly, that conference took place at main event hall with approximately 80 employees and it was our 30th conference gathering to discuss about our presentations followed by a buffet.

I would like to mention that all of our workers were satisfied by your service along with your professional behaviour. Your staff perfectly managed the time of our all events carefully and listened requests without any misunderstanding. Our team was glad about the food provided by your facility was quite impressive.

Finally, i would appericiate if you could improve your sitting arrangement because the chairs as well as tables were not maintained properly according to huge area which may result not to listen the speech properly given by a head or employees.

I hope you will understand my suggestion properly and may take few steps into consideration to enhance this.Thank you so much for your valuable time and consideration.
