You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear manager,

I hope you’re doing well.

I am writing this letter to thank you for the party we organized in your hotel last week on 25th august. It was farewell party around 50 staffs were present on that day. It was a wonderful event and everyone liked it.

There are few things which I liked the most firstly, the decoration which you did as a complementary was amazing. That decoration was attractive point of this event. Secondly, the refreshment and food were delicious. All guests and staff were appreciated for everything which you did for the party.

I want to give you some suggestions which you need to look into it. The washroom cleanliness should be more improved if there is always a person to clean the toilet. Another, a manger should be there to solve the issues if anything happens on the event.
