You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. The purpose of writing this letter is to share my experience regarding the corporate event held last week at you hotel Radison Inn. It was a gathering among the employees who are working in Pharmaceuticl sector around the world and I was the one who was managing this event.

The things which I specifically admired during the whole event was the lighting in the hall. It was so colourful that I could not took my eyes off from them. Additionally, the speakers you have used for the music was of amazing sound output and the dinner which was served at the event was delicious , guests were prasing it too.

However, there are centain areas where your hotel need improvements such as staff and parking. Some of the servers were rude to our repectful participants of this summit. Also, there was no-one at the parking lot to assist guests to park their vehicles.

I hope you will try to work on things which I have mentioned and looking forward to organise such events at your hotel in near future.
