You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir,

My name is Jhon Mathew, I am writing this letter to give you my review about the party, I helped my company to organize at your hotel.

First of all, I am very thank full to you and your team for awesome service. I enjoyed a lot in the party. As I helped my company to hire your hotel, in the starting I was bit nervous about the service but your team enhance my confidence by demonstrating their skills and greeting everyone.

Moreover, decoration was eye catching and all the food items were delicious, even the variety you had was beyond our expectation. The only thing I want to give suggestion about the sitting arrangements, Seats were really comfortable but they were arrange to close to each other, even though there was plenty of room around the setting section. Instead of leaving that area you could expand the setting arrangement.

Overall, I am again very thank full to your whole team for wonderful service, I would recommend to my friends about your hotel.
