Dear sir / Madam,

Here I am writing this letter to inform you about my experience with the event that was held for our company. The entire event was really good and amazing. All the guests were happy to be there. The entire management was really wonderful, but I personally liked the catering management, as the area where food was placed was maintained with hygiene and cleanliness. Moreover, the food was also very tasty. Many guests praised it and liked it.

The only thing that needs to be improved was the poolside area. Some of our guests also told that in that area they saw some amount of garbage, and when they informed it to the workers there so some of the workers on that side was quite rude. kindly look into this matter; however, the whole experience was very good with your hotel.
