You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to to express my satisfaction with your service during an event I recently helped my company to organise it in your hotel.

Last Friday, my company organised a conference in the restaurant of your hotel to celebrate its 100 anniversary; there was 80 participant in addition off some honor guests, and we spent around 5 hours until the ceremony ends.

I would like to mention the professionalism of the team of the hotel and the hospitality of the manager, I also would to thank the chef for the excellent menu provided.

However, there is some things I would like to bring your attention to improve them; I suggest to provide more space to such events, I also would to suggest to provide more parking spaces to allow to clients to park conveniently.
