You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Manager,

I am writing to provide some feedback on the event that our company recently organised at your hotel.

The event was eventually a seminar,hosted by the company for inviting businessman from all over the country to discuss about our new model.On an average 150 guest were expected in the event.Your hotel have gracefully managed the event.The sitting arrangement was upto the mark as well as the catering service was very fast and well maintained.I personally loved the sitting arrangement so much because it was arranged very well in curved manner so each and every member can feel respescted.

However,I would like to give some suggestion for improvement in some areas such as providing Valet parking for the guests.In addition,I would suggest the staff to wear proper uniform throughout the event to maintain a standard level.
