You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service provided by your hotel during a corporate event that I recently helped organise for my company.

The event was a staff appreciation dinner held last Friday evening for approximately 80 employees. It included a formal dinner, a short presentation by our manager and some entertainment. The event started at 6:30 p.m. and continued until around 10:30 p.m.

I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of your staff and the quality of the food. The function room was spacious, clean and well decorated, and the staff responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. In addition, the location of the hotel was convenient for our employees.

However, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The audio equipment was not working properly at the beginning of the presentation, which caused a short delay. It would also be helpful if the hotel could provide more parking spaces or clearer information about nearby parking facilities.

Overall, we were very pleased with the event and would certainly consider using your hotel again in the future. Thank you for your excellent service.
