You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to thank you and your team for helping us organise a successful company event at your hotel last week.

The event was a corporate meeting and networking dinner for approximately 80 employees and business partners. It was held in the main conference hall, followed by dinner in the hotel restaurant. The arrangements went smoothly, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout the event.

I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The conference room was spacious, well-equipped and suitable for presentations. I also appreciated the quality of the food and the professional attitude of your staff.

However, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The registration area became quite crowded before the event, and there were not enough staff members available to assist guests. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat slow during the presentation.

Overall, we were very pleased with the service, and I would be happy to recommend your hotel for future events.
