You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear hotel Manager,

I am writing this to admire your Hotel's services and also for saying thank you for the help to make event such successful.

As personal assistant (PA) It was my responsibility to exsicute the programm successfully. The event was about success party that would be joined by many reputative business personalities so it was very essential that everything would be going smoothly in regards to food, music sound, atmosphere etc.

I particularly like your service staff's behaviour and welcoming nature apart from that the delitious and flavorerful food because of that party became more enjoyeble.

As a experienced client I would like to suggest some areas for improvements. First one is seating arrangements which I felt quite uncomfortable and second one is lighing set on dinner desks which were unnecessarily bright which give discomfortness.

Overall it was great experience to organize event at your hotel. Thank you once again.
