You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The purpose of my writing today is regarding our company even that was organized in your hotel.

Allstate Insurance annual prize distribution event happened last Friday evening in your hotel and all the arrangements had been taken care by your hotel staff. This event mainly for Allstate employees and give them recognition for their hard work at the end of every financial year.

The event was well organized, and everything was according to management instructions. Not only decorations but sitting arrangements were also very impressive. I specially loved the food in the event, that was the best in quality and quantity.

Although everything as on its place in the party, few areas were lacking in service. Firstly, sound system was the big failure. Because of mike, one hour went in vain. secondly, parking was a real mess, there should more parking space in hotel for additional guests.
