You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the farewell party of one of our colleagues which was organized at your esteemed hotel called, 'The Parkview', last weekend.

The memorable event took place in the banquet hall of your hotel. More than 100 guests were enjoyed the function, and provided compliments for excellent staff service and tasty food, particularly vegetarian dishes.

I specifically liked the wide range of an authentic Indian dishes such as dal makhani, butter chicken, and many other mouth watering dishes. Their taste was extremely delicious, and served with great warmth. Moreover, I really enjoyed the band performed by well-known artists, follows by dinner.

I would appreciate if you could renovate your hall, which looked quite old-fashioned. In addition, I suggest you can add complimentary drinks to welcome the guests.
