You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing a letter regarding the hotel event which I want to organise at your hotel this Monday.

As discussed over the call yesterday, I am sharing you the event details. The event will be begin on Monday 13th Dec by 12pm at ground floor in corporate meeting hall. I book the slot at your hotel for my company yearly appraisal event because the service of your hotel is a class and that is the main reason why I choose your hotel for this event. Moreover my one of best friend also suggest about your hotel service and food quality so it ideal place for us to do the event.

Adding one more thing there is one area u have to improve in your hotel your projector visibility is not upto the mark if your work that aspect then well in good for u as well as for us to do better for event organise.
