You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service provided by you hotel when i recently helped my company organise a corporate event there.

The event was a business conference held last saturday for approximetly 80 employees. It included several presentations, team-building activities and a dinner in the evening. overall, everything went smoothly, and the event was a great success.

I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of your staff. They were friendly, organised and always available when we needed assistance. I also really liked the conference room, which was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with modern audio-visual facilities. In addition, the food served during the dinner was fresh and delicious, and many of our employees complimented the menu.

however, i believe there are a few areas that could be improved. the check- in process was slightly slow, which caused some guests to wait longer than expected. It would also be helpful to provide clearer signs directing guests to the conference room and other facilities.

Despite these minor issues, we were very satisfied with our experience and would certainly consider using your hotel foe future company events.
