You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to express my gratitude regarding the hospitality and service that was provided by your staff in an corporate event which was recently held at your hotel.

The event was about, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovations, which was held on August 05, 2026, the event was held in your main conference hall, and I was impressed by the professionalism and fast paced service by your staff, they assisted us whenever we have a doubt and they ensured that the event went smooth without any hurdles. Also, the quality on food service was excellent and many of our guest were impressed by the service your staff provided during the buffet.

However, there was one disappointment that our guest felt during the event was the limited selection of cuisine, most of our staff were vegetarian , and there only a minimal available options for them, In addition, there was a quite disruption in the projector when we were presenting our presentation.

Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and our guest enjoyed the event and in future we would certainly choose your hotel to held our events.
