You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to give my feedbacks on your service which we used last week in our company event.

We celebrated 51th anniversary of our organization. This event took place in large conference hall with around 60 to 70 staff members. Basically we used catering and music service from your hotel.

There are several things which I would like to appreciate. Firstly, the seating arrangement was well-organized, everyone were comfortable with that. Moreover, conference hall was well-decorated according to company preference. Lastly, service staff were well trained, especially food counter were under proper surveillance.

However, our some staff members complained about sound system, during speeches everyone felt irritated due to sharp sound noise from the speakers.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Overall service was memorable, I hope my feedbacks will help you in future and you will pay attention to sound quality.
