You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter regarding the event which we have at your restaurant last Saturday night on 2 August. We had a great celebration of our company's achievement in the production area not only this but also the most profitable company in the country in just one year.

I would like to tell you that the service, food and interior of your restaurant were unforgettable. Especially the seating arrangement, which you did at the last moment; I really appreciated it. Even your staff and their customer service were top-notch. My team and I really enjoyed it there.

However, there is one thing you need to work on: your restroom place which was extremely dirty and smelled bad. Additionally, there was water on the floor, which was quite dangerous for customers.

I will appreciate it if you could work on this area, which I mentioned above; the rest everything else was amazing.
