You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir, Thompson

I hope you are doing well

I am writing this letter to suggest about some improvement in hotel areas. Moreover, I help to organised an event last month on 17 August. When there were a 20th annual party of your The King Hotel in Amritsar. I help over there to organised food section, party guests and music group.

Furthermore, I am working here from last 5 years in this hotel. I got best experience of my life in this hotel. Especially, I like hospitality of this hotel, the way of welcome and providing fast service to customer.

On the other hand, There are a parking problem in our hotel which I am noticing from last couple of months. So, I would trying to inform about this issue so that you and management can take action as soon as possible. Which could helpful for our customer and staff.
