You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to give you an review about the stay at your hotel for our company's business meeting organized by myself last Saturday, 20th of July.

The event was held on main auditorium right opposite the guest lobby it was our company's annual cycle meeting to discuss about our next financial year's budget and agenda. Moreover we gave prizes to last year's achievers from each and every region.

The stay was overall excellent including suites for staff, event management and the amenities but apart from all we all liked your food the most, it feels like all the dishes made by master chefs from all our world. Moreover, every cuisine had their own taste, desserts was amazing, and even the local dishes was purely made by soul.

There is only one small request from our side please improve your quality of sound and mic system, we faced little hurdle on event to connect mics with speakers. I am waiting for your revert because we are planning to schedule next annual meet at your hotel also.
