You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to give feedback about your hotel organisation skills that will help to grow more and improve some key areas.

Firstly, my company recently organised an event at your hotel to recognize hardworking workers and presented them with an awards. The ceremony held on 25 August, 2026 and all the VIP's and workers were invited.

Secondly, I wanted to tell you about what i really liked about the hotel. Presentation was stunning, everything was organized according to the manual I provided. For instance, tasty food, amazing decoration, and well prepared setting area according to the list of workers. I was stunned by all the facilities that you have in your hotel.

Apart from everything else, I want to suggest area of improvements that really necessary such as Washrooms, there was not enough restrooms for more then 50 people, that lacks by the hotel facility.

I hope you will consider my feedback and make some improvements.
