You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir,

Regarding a function at your motel

I am arranging this event with my team at your hotel on 10th anniversary of our company so i want to book your hotel for party for the whole day as we are planning to start our party in early morning and end it late night.

The location of your hotel is very precise as it is located in very high demanding area of the city and it is very near to the main office of our company. Moreover, not only the services you provide are premium but your hotel is also built in very unique design which looks very elegant.

I would like to suggest you that when i came there last time there was some problem in water taps of washrooms due to which people were very disappointed so, please check that before the day of our party.
