Dear Sir,
My company plans for a large party organized in your hotel because our company succeeds in a deal so that, our party held on 22 September. All special guests will be come. Your hotel is one of the best place for the event.
We decided that your hotel is very massive and outside pool area is good for dancing and playing some activities. We also decided that we cut the cake here. Apart from this, in your hotel there are numerous rooms where people can take rest and easily stay for a night because we plan a party during the night time.
I also want give some suggestions to which I think need improvement you should add some drinks in the bar and add some Italian dishes in your menu. Furthermore, please hire more servant for the event so they can provide things to all guests.
I look forward for you soon
Your faithfully,
Niraj

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter addresses all three bullet points: the event details, positive aspects of the hotel, and areas for improvement. However, the development of these points is somewhat limited. For example, the description of the event is slightly confusing due to tense errors ('My company plans... our party held on 22 September'). While the purpose is clear, the ideas could be expanded with more specific detail to better meet the requirements of a formal letter. The tone is generally appropriate for a business communication, though it occasionally slips into informal phrasing.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, each focusing on a specific part of the prompt. There is a clear progression of ideas from the introduction to the suggestions and the closing. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and limited. Phrases like 'Apart from this' and 'Furthermore' are used correctly, but the overall flow between sentences is occasionally hindered by grammatical inaccuracies, which makes the transition between ideas feel slightly disjointed at times.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, but it lacks the range and precision expected at higher bands. The student relies on basic descriptors such as 'very massive' and 'good', which are repetitive and lack sophistication. There are also some awkward collocations, such as 'hire more servant' (should be 'staff' or 'servers') and 'take rest'. While the meaning is generally clear, the lexical choices do not demonstrate the flexibility or awareness of style required for a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the accuracy of the writing. Notable issues include tense inconsistencies ('My company plans... our party held'), subject-verb agreement ('guests will be come'), and missing articles or incorrect word forms ('one of the best place'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to demonstrate a lack of control over complex structures.
