You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to thank you about the excellent service provided by your hotel during an event.

Last saturday, I came at your hotel for an company event. I held that event because my company gave me responsibility about it. We were approximetly 50 employees. The event about the annual function as workers gain awards for their best porformence.

Mostly, I liked the hotel for their spacious place and the proffesional staffs. Staff were extremely helping and multi-tasking. In addition, food was very delicious and serving on the table.

I would suggest some improvements such as clear signs for the restrooms because I seemed several people faced difficulty in searching of the restrooms. Similarly, you would hire more professional staffs because food serving was slow in the rush time.

I would appreciate it if you could consider my some issues. Overall, there was best experience at your hotel. In future, I would book your hotel for occasions.
