You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event

– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear sir,

I am writing this email to you because i want to organise staff appreciation event from my company. The name of the company is wander entertainment. I am going to held this event on 25th september 2026. In this function i am gpont to invite almost 100 people from my company and some guests from other company. In this event there will be dance floor stage arrangements to honour the staff not only entertainment there will be some snack to eat as well. I want arrange in this hotel because i really like this hotel. As i visited one of the event last year in this hotel , it was amazing like, food, sound system and sitting arrangements. Where i visit last time that hall was little congusted if you book me for the other hall that will be great for me. I willbe thankful to you for this.
