You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well, want to write a letter and let you about the charity event which occured at last sunday, on August 20th. You manage everything in a very good way even we recieve a nice compliments from our staff and people who visit there too.

We really admire the theme you decoraed and manage everything according to that. even at one point I was thinking about there are so many people and would be difficult for them to find a chair, but for you it doesn't any concern. you solve that issue in a smooth way.

One paticular area where I believe you can improve is the cost to organise any event at your hotel is far more then one can expect. i think you should decrease little bit not much then may be you recieve more client like us. otherwise all seems fantastic. we definitely do our upcoming events there in near future.
