You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel

Dear Sir / Madam,

My organisation currently organized an awards night event at your hotel. It was held on last Saturday of August. The event was at Auditorium A . It started at 1800 hours.

I am writing this letter to inform you that we were really glad to have our function in your hotel. Most of the guests left so happy with the ambience, hospitality and the food . Your staff was very welcoming and very cooperative.

The only thing I would like to suggest is to make a way for people with disabilities. There were no ramps for our guests with wheelchairs. Unfortunately, they had to go back, which made them disappointed.

Other than that, we don't have any complaints. We would love to host our future events in your hotel.
