I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding to the organise an event at a hotel on behalf of my company.

Firstly, I would like to give you some detail about the evnt, namely we are planning to organise event on this Saturday, 20th June, at evening 7 PM. Moreover, we are celebrate thier our 15th anniversary therefore, we like to arrange some competitions, buffet and get-to-gather of our clinets. Furthermore, I have a suggestions to improve many things such as, you decorate your hall as per the company's theme, arrange projection system and sufficient parking for our guests.
