You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I writing this letter to inform you about excellent customer service provided on our annual company refresher event that happened in your hotel on thursday.

The annual refresher event was a one day event. It was scheduled for thursday afternoon in your hotel's conference room.The event mostly included activities like refreshers meet and greet from diffferent locations, games and buffet at the end. the conference rooom was very spacious and clean. Additionally, the staff was kind and friendly. I would like to also commend the quality of food provided to us and my compliments for the chef aswell.

The customer service provided to us were fantastic, but the equipments in the conference were not working advequetly. For example, the projectors in the conference room were working abruptly and the air conditioning in the room broke down in the middle of the meeting.

Furthermore, the courtesy desk was crowded by guests in the afternoon , so an extra staff at that time would help to solve this problem.
