Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express about recent about local event at moon hotel that is organised by my campany based on art and craft.

This event took place on 23rd september at hotel where i assist to my senior staff to arrange this event.This is organised in the mail hall including different stalls such as tradtional clothes and accessories.

This restaurant provide numerous facilities to visitors such as security, delcious traditional food items and coperating staff.Secondly it provides minimum price service as campared to another surround hotels.

The one which i dislike of this hotel, it does not provide sufficient parking space for visitors to park their vichcle comfortably.This may gernerate a huge amount of traffic on the main road.

I would apperciate if you can arrange more parking area around your hotel.This will definitely increase the number of customer on daily basis.
