I also want to acknowledge the services of your hotel that impressed my foreign staff also. They served us meal in an efficient manner and right on time although, some memebers of staff were late but hotel management deal them very well. I want to make some suggestions for your hotel that my team faced some unconvienceness during meeting. There is not a separate place for business meetings in hotel, consequently, our guests do not feel comfort in this environment due to excessive noise of background. Therefore,I request you to make a comfortable sitting in your hotel that would be beneficial for other meetings as well yours faithfully, Huda

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three requested points: you identify the event as a company meeting, describe the hotel service you appreciated, and suggest creating a quieter, more suitable meeting area. The details about the Thursday afternoon and the rooftop help make the event specific, while the timely meal service gives a clear example of what went well. However, the event’s purpose and scale are not fully explained, and the improvement request could be developed further—for example, by suggesting a dedicated meeting room or soundproofing. The comment that some staff were late is also unclear because you then say management dealt with them well. Clarifying this point and expanding the suggestions would make the letter more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter follows a generally sensible order: it introduces the event, describes positive aspects of the hotel, and then moves to areas for improvement. This makes the main purpose easy to follow. You also use linking expressions such as “although,” “consequently,” and “therefore” to show relationships between ideas. At times, however, these links feel mechanical or do not connect the ideas clearly; for instance, the contrast between late staff and management dealing with them well needs clearer explanation. The long opening paragraph also combines several points, while the improvement section would benefit from clearer sentence breaks. Use separate paragraphs for the event, praise, and suggestions, and make each transition more precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of vocabulary for a formal complaint-and-feedback letter, including “acknowledge,” “efficient manner,” “excessive noise,” and “beneficial.” These choices help communicate both appreciation and a practical concern. However, several spelling errors and inaccurate or unnatural word combinations reduce precision, such as “unconvienceness,” “arrang,” and “comfortable sitting.” Phrases such as “organising my this meeting” and “at well convient place” are also difficult to interpret naturally. Aim to use familiar expressions accurately rather than forcing less common wording: for example, say “a suitable venue” and “comfortable seating.” Proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your vocabulary more effective and professional.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a concession with “although” and a cause-and-effect sentence beginning “consequently.” The overall meaning is usually understandable, and the letter includes relevant past-tense descriptions. Some grammatical errors remain, however. For example, “It was on Thursday 18th july in afternoon” needs more accurate article and preposition use, and “hotel management deal them very well” has an incorrect verb form and unclear pronoun reference. The opening also runs several sentences together without appropriate punctuation. Review past-tense forms, articles, and sentence boundaries, and check that each clause has a clear subject and verb. More accurate control of these patterns would improve clarity.
